GETTING YOUR TBC PIECE TO YOU

You will receive an email regarding delivery once your order has been processed. All orders within Lagos Nigeria takes up to 5 - 7 business days while all orders outside Lagos and International orders takes 7 – 10 business days.  All international orders are fulfilled by DHL so they are trackable. Please ensure that you have filled in a valid/detailed address and phone number for delivery. TBC is not liable for any extra custom fees charged by individual countries or extra holding times as this is beyond our control. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on your delivery location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At TBC, we design every piece carefully and make sure that the quality and fit are absolutely perfect for you. Kindly go through our size chart to confirm sizing before placing an order. You can also leave an additional comment/accurate measurement in the text box before checking out. Returns are accepted only if the items delivered are defective or you receive an incorrect item. We do not offer refunds. However, we provide you with store credit in the amount of your returned good.   You are important to us therefore, if you are not happy with the quality of the products or the service you receive from us, or you require a return for store credit, kindly contact our customer care team on care@trendsbycocoa.com to enable us resolve any issues effectively. Exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 7 days (within Nigeria) or 14 (outside Nigeria) from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed and must be stain and odour free. Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.  We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.  All sales are final! No refunds and no exchange for sales items. No free alteration services are offered for sale items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. 

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

Once your items leaves our store, it’s the responsibility of the carrier. If you're not home when our courier attempts delivery they will give you information with details on how to obtain your items. After a specific period as indicated by our courier, items will automatically be returned to us.                                            If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge you again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you in the first instance to discuss this with you. To avoid delays in delivering your items, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (e.g: your work address).
